By using the services provided by LeadRec Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), including receiving SMS text messages from our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services and reply STOP to any message to opt out.
2. Description of Service
LeadRec Solutions is a software platform that provides AI-powered missed-call response and lead qualification services to home service businesses (such as roofing contractors, plumbers, and HVAC companies).
When you call a business that uses our platform and the call is missed, our system may:
- Send you an initial SMS text message in response to your missed call.
- Engage you in an automated SMS conversation to understand your service needs.
- Collect information such as your name, property address, and type of service needed.
- Schedule an inspection or service appointment on behalf of the business.
All messages are sent by LeadRec Solutions on behalf of the businesses using our platform and are strictly related to your service inquiry and appointment scheduling. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
3. SMS Messaging Terms
- Consent: By calling a business that uses LeadRec Solutions, you initiate contact. The voice response informs you that a text message follow-up will be sent. Replying to the initial SMS constitutes your consent to participate in the automated conversation. See our SMS Consent & Opt-In page for full details.
- Message frequency varies. Typically 3-8 messages during a single lead qualification and booking interaction.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
- Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at vito@leadrecsolutions.com.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Not use our service for any unlawful purpose.
- Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or abuse the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadRec Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to missed appointments, delayed messages, or data loss.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadRec Solutions, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.
