When you interact with our system (for example, by calling a business that uses LeadRec Solutions and then exchanging text messages), we may collect the following information:
- Phone number — the number you called from, used to send and receive SMS messages.
- Conversation content — the text messages exchanged between you and our automated system, including your replies.
- Lead information — details you provide during the conversation, such as your name, property address, whether you are the homeowner, and the type of service needed (e.g., storm damage, roof repair).
- Appointment details — date, time, and status of any inspection or service appointment you schedule.
- Opt-out status — whether you have opted out of receiving messages by replying STOP.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry about services from the business you called.
- Qualify your service request through an automated SMS conversation.
- Schedule an inspection or service appointment on your behalf.
- Notify the business owner that a qualified lead is available.
- Honor your opt-out requests and comply with messaging regulations.
We do not use your information for marketing, promotional campaigns, or advertising. All messages are strictly related to your service inquiry and appointment scheduling.
4. SMS Messaging Practices
- Message frequency varies based on the conversation. Typically 3-8 messages during a single lead qualification and booking interaction.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
- You can reply HELP at any time for assistance.
- We honor all FCC-mandated opt-out keywords: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.
- Messages are only sent in response to customer-initiated inquiries (missed calls to the business). We do not send unsolicited messages.

5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Data Storage and Retention
Your information is stored in a secure database on our servers. We retain conversation data and lead information for as long as necessary to provide our services to the business you contacted. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely to ensure we never message you again after you opt out.
Daily encrypted backups are maintained with a 30-day retention period.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
- Twilio webhook signature validation on all inbound requests.
- Access controls on our server and database.
- Secure session management for our administrative dashboard.
